a sculptor's workspace

  For many years I have photographed my own work, primarily because I couldn't afford to hire a photographer.  I used my old Nikon FE for that purpose, until my wife gave me a D80 last year.  With a digital camera, it became cost effective for me to do my own image processing, and i began to think of the camera as a means of expression, and not merely a marketing tool.  While I'm still very much a novice as a photographer, a few images havepleased me so far, and I dare to share them here.
  In late winter of 2008, I spent a couple of weekends on the Carolina coast, drawing and photographing life and weather on the shore.  Here are some of the results.  Prints are for sale.  A maximum of fifty prints, signed and numbered, will be made from each image.
